Another incredible session! This time, we focused on lower body, and he took my training to the next level. He adapted the workout to my experience while ensuring my form stayed consistent. I had a good amount of stiffness in my shoulders and neck for a while, and after getting a deep tissue massage yesterday, things have really loosened up! Andy is capable of applying a lot of pressure where needed. I’d recommend that anyone give him a try.

Great training session with Jacob! He took the time to tailor an upper-body workout for me. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain technique, making sure I got the most out of each exercise. He was patient and helpful throughout the session, especially when explaining the concept of training to failure. We even touched on nutrition, and his insights were really valuable. I highly recommend!

If you’re a first timer I highly suggest Jacob for your training needs. I’ve never had a physical trainer before and am intimidated by hitting the weight room. Jacob makes it fun and helps me understand the how & why behind the workouts he puts together for me. At the end of our session the body is tired but the mind is peaking, engaged, and already looking forward to the next workout. Thanks Jacob!

Very knowledgeable and a very legit workout. I thought I knew what I was doing until he served me a hot plate of whoop @$$! Haha can’t wait to train with him again.

the workout will not be easy. You might not like it. But it will be effective and you will see results.

Knee has been bothering me the last couple days but J. was able to accommodate my workout easily with low impact alternatives that still gave me an intense and effective workout that left me assured I could rest my joint and not exacerbate the issue further. Highly recommend.

What an amazing massage therapist. Scheduling with J. Andy was super easy and quick. The space is very relaxing and you’re immediately at ease by J. Andy’s friendly demeanor. The massage itself was easily one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Knots were found that I didn’t even know existed once found, they were worked out but this guys strong hands and amazing technique. He works on your problem areas and has you feeling brand new in no time. Not only will I be back again, but I cannot recommend J. Andy enough.

I had a massage with Jacob 90 minute massage. It was really fantastic. He has a really good sense of the body and was very intuitive. Connecting all the dots between the pressure points the tendon the muscles and the insertion points in the joints. Definitely gonna go back.
