10/10 experience! Desirée was personable, professional, very knowledgeable and just lovely all around. Her space is inviting and beautiful. The facial chair was hands down the comfiest bed/chair I’ve laid on for any service. I learned a lot about my skin and routine and left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Crystal offered an amazing experience with the head spa treatment, I’ve never felt more pampered! Postpartum scalp care has been a struggle, but now feels so much healthier. John also provided a great blowout at the end of the treatment as well. My scalp and hair have never felt so good!

I have been for many facials and treatments but have never experienced a facial like this before! Desiree is the real deal. She has trained nationally and internationally, always continuing to perfect her trade and it shows! Right from the start you know you’re in good hands. She makes you feel comfortable while still maintaining absolute professionalism. The space was so relaxing and clean. I chose the custom full facial and was not disappointed! My best description of the experience is that I felt as if I were on an hour and a half blissful vacation. Go see Desirée ASAP!!

It's always a wonderful experience at Loft. Whether it's a spa treatment with Crystal or Alora or getting our hair done by John, service is always friendly and on point. It was a great experience. The facialists were really good at their job. The salt cave was the perfect place to sit down and relax. The ice globe treatment was amazing! I would want to come back to this spa and get a facial whenever I possibly could. Would recommend for anybody else who wants a good relaxation afternoon.

Unbelievable experience. A beautifully designed spa with very courteous and friendly staff. I enjoyed a session in the Salt Cave followed by a Swedish massage. Both thoroughly relaxing treatments. So much so I almost left my shoes at the spa! I made it to my car before realizing I hadn’t returned their flip flops. In addition to the professional and friendly customer service the staff were nice enough to invite me to join them for a glass of wine at their staff barbecue. Truly incredible spa employed by very kind and lovely people. Can’t recommend it enough and look forward to my next visit

This was our first visit. My daughter and I had a very relaxing time. Your spa is beautiful and someone has a keen eye for detail!. Our experience would have been even better if we could choose the order of services (but also understand why/how this would be difficult). We would have preferred to visit the cave first then the relaxing massage, not the other way around. Only because the cave is cool and we tensed up a bit after having the wonderful swedish massage. Well done everyone! We will be back!!

I had 6 Laser hair removal treatments which were legs and arms. I found the technicians Amanda and Carrie very professional and friendly each time. I seen results in every treatment. The spa is clean and spacious. I would recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Gina

Such an incredibly comforting space. My nurse was so nice and welcoming, it was my first time and I was a little nervous for my first laser hair treatment. But she made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything. Highly recommend them!

Wonderful staff they made sure everything’s was cared for and made me and my sisters enjoy our visit.
