Absolutely amazing experience! Lauren has a true gift. Her intuitive touch and calming presence create such a safe and nurturing space. She guides breath work and in doing so thought the massage helped melt away tension I didn't even know I was holding. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and happier than I have in a long time. This was more than just a massage; it was a journey for both body and soul. I can't recommend her enough!

If Lauren said to me that she is moving to a different country, I would still pay for a flight ticket every month to see her! You won’t find any other beauty therapist who is so hard working, innovative, kind, compassionate, understanding, empathetic like Lauren is. Her knowledge is fascinating and she will make you feel so calm, relaxed and like a better person after your treatment. Absolutely amazing massage! I have been Lauren so many times she’s always incredible. Regularly helps me destress and relax as well getting rid of some sore and tight shoulders from the work and gym. A lovely room full of plants in an intimate and private home environment that feels just like you’d get at a salon on the high street, but better! ❤️ can’t wait to come back xx

This is not a massage it is an experience. Lauren’s attention to detail starts before you arrive with the room preparation. Simple, welcoming and relaxing (heated massage table is great!) and before the massage begins Lauren helps you clear your head and breathe in a way that makes the most of the treatment - it is amazing how combining your breathing with her applying pressure has such a huge impact on knot removal. I have been massaged all over the world but this session was quite simply the best deep tissue and hot stone massage I have ever had.

Another amazing massage! Looking forward to going back early in the new year to walk out feeling amazing once again :)
