What a truly escapist and relaxing treatment. I went for the pamper package on a friend's recommendation which includes a shoulder, neck and head massage, a facial with beautiful Dr Haushcka products and a foot massage. I left floating like a cloud feeling like a brand new version of myself. I highly recommend this beautiful space and will be returning as soon as possible.

Sophie is a wonderful therapist. She's intuitive, compassionate, totally non-judgemental, funny, generous, loves an analogy. She skillfully guides me towards understanding and self-awareness and also gives me the space, tools and confidence to figure things out for myself, which is very empowering. I've been able to reframe & re-write negative thought patterns, which has brought clarity and a sense of peace within myself that I've never experienced before. The journey is far from over, but I completely trust her to lead me to a future built on self-compassion & acceptance of all that I am.

I was really in need of some serious relaxation when I went to see Alyson this afternoon. I was not disappointed, as that it is exactly what I got. I came away feeling much better, and able to face the rest of my day. Can really recommend Reflexology By The Sea, if like me, you need to calm down., and leave your problems outside the door! Give it a try!

We discussed beforehand exactly what Kate would do, and I felt Kate really understood what it was I wanted. I can 100% recommend this treatment. Kate is very, gentle and precise with her work. Kate is excellent. If anybody is thinking of having their eyebrows done but worried about it hurting get in touch with Kate. I have just had my second 'touch up' and hardly felt a thing. She is very precise about measuring and the result is lovely and natural looking.
