Katies is very welcoming and cares a great deal that your treatment will be something memorable. Her facials are beyond anything I have ever experienced, on another level. From the first minute you arrive, to lying down on a warm comfy bed, to the extremely ambient surroundings with a beautiful ever changing subtle twinkling ceiling, this is a treatment that won’t be forgotten. Using a combination of gentle caressing of the skin to invigorating massage, manipulating every facial muscle all with different creams and oils and all smelling divine . No top spa could match you Katie. Thank you.

Everything was perfect as always. Katie thinks of everything before you even arrive - calm treatment room at the right temperature, soft clean sheets and towels and then the most perfect treatment. Wow an amazing experience. This time I added on a scalp massage and this too was wonderful. If you want a facial that uses massage to work on the muscles of the face and give you a relaxing experience this is it.

I had the most wonderful facial so relaxing I nearly fell asleep and my skin looks amazing. The treatment room is a beautiful space, comfortable couch with heated blanket. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic swedish massage experience from start to finish. Treatment room was warm and relaxing with low lighting, exactly what I was hoping for. Customer experience was thought about even pre arrival, for example I was asked what music I would prefer, If I wanted the bed to be heated or not. Would 100% recommend. Can't wait to return.
