For this visit to the Holistic Cabin I was acting as a case study for a new treatment that Lorraine will be offering in the future called Havening. As a musician I experience high levels of performance anxiety and at the start of the session my anxiety about my upcoming exam on the scale of 1 - 10 was a 10, during the session, havening at first took it down to an 8, then as it continued it went to 5 then 0. I would highly recommend this treatment, not only has it got my performance anxiety to a manageable level, I now have the techniques to enable me to keep it under control whenever I need to

Today I had my very first tarot reading, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment it began, I felt intrigued and open to what the cards might reveal. I was surprised at how accurately the messages aligned with what I’ve been feeling or thinking about lately. If you’ve ever considered a tarot reading, I can’t recommend it enough! It’s so much more than cards.

I had a post-marathon massage with Lorraine and it helped my aching muscles so much, she has such a skill with being guided by ones needs. I also had Bespoke Healing which I can only describe as a phenomenal experience. I didn’t know how much I needed the healing. I have been crying on and off for several days now since my healing session, and as someone who never cries this has been a huge relief. Lorraine is so gifted and skilled, I have never met anyone like her and can 100% recommend her as a holistic therapist and healer, she really knows her stuff. Namaste
