I recently had the most incredible facial with Lydia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and relaxed. The ambiance was perfect—soft lighting, soothing music, and a clean, serene space that instantly relaxed me. Lydia took the time to assess my skin and tailored the facial to my needs, my skin is now glowing!! I’ll absolutely be back to try out all your other treatments! I had the Elemis pro glow smooth facial with the galvanic and high frequency add on due to my inability to be decisive in which treatment i wanted with the time I had avaliable. My face looks like I'm 21 again. I loved the facial and results so much I've booked in to have it once a month. The effects of teaching and the 18 hour days have been replaced with a youthful glow. I had the BIAB nails and party flair lashes. I have been to Miranda a few times now already, but this was the first time getting my nails and lashes done. They look amazing, very happy with the results, these were for a friends wedding where I was bridesmaid, got so many comments. Very happy customer.

Another amazing visit to Miranda's this afternoon. I had a delux manicure with BIAB & gel polish. The colour is beautiful and my hands feel so soft. Thoroughly recommend, my hands have never looked so beautiful.

I had the autumn ritual with Miranda this afternoon and it was absolutely out of this world. I feel like a new woman!! The hot stones were amazing. I am ache free and have super soft skin like a baby. Would definitely have this again.

Miranda is a lovely friendly person that makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive, the perfect start for a relaxing massage. The hot stone massage is currently my favourite treat to myself. After the hot stone massage this morning, I have managed to stay relaxed all day - which is a great achievement, thank you so much Miranda, I'm already looking forward to my next treatment 🙂

Lovely welcoming space Tegan is very professional and caring wouldn’t go anywhere else

My 2nd time using the spa and having a treatment. This time I used the hot tub - which was so relaxing I completely zoned out! I then had a mini facial with Sally, again this was so relaxing and refreshing. Thank you!

My mum and I had a really lovely morning at The Bay. I won a voucher through a raffle for hot tub and spa session which I was going to gift to my mum, we came together and had a really lovely and relaxing time in both the sauna and hot tub. The staff were amazing and no request was too much trouble! We also added on a back massage and facial to the end of our session and it was the most relaxed I’ve been in years! The two ladies that looked after us were so lovely and I have to say that was one of the best massages I’ve had. The facial was amazing as well! Thank you so much!
