I recently had the most incredible facial with Lydia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and relaxed. The ambiance was perfect—soft lighting, soothing music, and a clean, serene space that instantly relaxed me. Lydia took the time to assess my skin and tailored the facial to my needs, my skin is now glowing!! I’ll absolutely be back to try out all your other treatments! My mum and I had a really lovely morning at The Bay. I won a voucher through a raffle for hot tub and spa session which I was going to gift to my mum, we came together and had a really lovely and relaxing time in both the sauna and hot tub. The staff were amazing and no request was too much trouble! We also added on a back massage and facial to the end of our session and it was the most relaxed I’ve been in years! The two ladies that looked after us were so lovely and I have to say that was one of the best massages I’ve had. The facial was amazing as well! Thank you so much!

Had a Brazilian wax with Miranda for the first time at her home spa and it was a 10/10 experience. Her treatment room is so comfortable and fully equipped and the heated bed is a dream! I will be back, would fully recommend.
