The atmosphere was relaxing, and she took the time to understand my needs and preferences. The massage itself was amazing; she used just the right amount of pressure and focused on the areas that needed attention. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. This time I had the Deep sleep spa ritual- such a head to toe treat! Jo spent 2 hours helping my whole body relax, drift off, release tension and embrace the array of gorgeous aromatherapy scents. Such care and kindness goes into every treatment, but there’s something extra about this one that is the perfect way to treat your mind and body. Thank you as always Jo 😘

I have just had the ‘back to basics’ massage with Jo & I already can’t wait for my next treatment! From the second I walked in I felt relaxed, before the massage even begun. I appreciated that Jo explained how the treatment would go and what to expect. I usually really struggle to switch off during treatments however with the gorgeous spa music playing and the cosy lighting I could’ve easily fallen asleep! Thank you for the best Friday morning I’ve had in a long time. X

Absolute perfection 💞. Cannot rate highly enough, there is so much attention to detail I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. After having back ache for months my back now feels incredible Jo really go above and beyond to ensure her customers have an amazing experience. Came to see Jo for the head space treatment. This is my second time visiting the Self Care Sanctuary and just as the first time Jo was lovely and welcoming. She checked in with how I was feeling before explaining the treatment I had chosen. I was so comfortable and relaxed that I drifted off at points which is just the feeling I needed. I will absolutely continue to visit Jo and her lovely place! Her treatments are 100% focused on you and giving you a space to unwind in.

Sophie was friendly and professional. The massage was very relaxing and the Salon space was nice and welcoming too.

This was my second session with Anna. I’ve been going through a lot of changes recently and it helped me feel grounded with a clear head. My anxiety had been creeping back in and I felt completely at ease after the session. The coaching session afterwards was very insightful. I felt welcomed and in a safe space.
