I love going here because everyone is so nice. My session was superb and relaxing. Got free candies at the end and was told I could even get water. The music is nice too.

Had a very relaxing therapy. I did not get the name of my therapist, but she was good and knew where she should focus even without instruction. The ambience of the spa is also good, however, the wooden floors and the creaking of the door whenever opened or closed is somewhat distracting. Would be great if they can also serve tea after the session.

I arrived at the spa 20 minutes early of my booked appointment, but they accommodated me right away. :) I had the Moroccan salt scrub and it was so refreshing and rejuvenating. The therapist knows her job well and really took care of me. The music of the place was suited to it, so it's relaxing and peaceful. No unnecessary noise.

I often get a massage from several places but this is one of the few where I fall into a deep sleep and really relax. The massage is always amazing and the staff are accomodating. 10/10 would always recommend. I took my colleagues to Naya for a spa day and they have shared the same sentiments. They love it! First time visiting here and we had a great experience. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and were gentle during the procedure. I highly recommend going here for your aesthetic needs! Will surely come back for other procedures.

This is my second visit. I came in with my sister. I got the hot stone massage just like last time. One thing that sets this spa apart is the quality of the massage itself. In other massage places, the masseuse would just follow the routine strokes. In Naya, the masseuse (at least the 2 that were assigned to me, plus the one assigned to my sister) really gave extra attention to the sore spots (binabasag ang mga lamig sa katawan). They knew what they were doing because we came out of the massage feeling more refreshed and relaxed. Thank you, Team Naya. Will be doing this monthly from now on <3

I had a great experience with my carbon-pico laser. The aesthetician was very considerate and kept checking on me, even apologizing whenever the procedure felt a bit painful. I really appreciated how gentle and caring she was. She also recommended products to help treat my pimples and pimple marks. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it.

Professional and sobrang bait

It could have been a great experience if the spa technician who attended to me didn't forget to put lotion on me and if they have conditioner in the bathroom; it was empty by the time I got in there after my scrub. Other that these two, it was a good overall; staff were super polite and friendly.
