Heather was really attentive and reassuring, especially as it was my first tattoo. She took an example of the design I wanted and made it unique. The process was great from start to finish.

I called ahead and spoke to a really helpful guy called Dracoe. I was then able to communicate both via Instagram and email and provide references to what I was after. When I arrived for my appointment he was super friendly, gave some good advice and we talked the whole appointment. Nothing forced and felt completely natural (unlike some places I'm the area) The tattoo itself was done with great care and was not overly painful (some places put the needles too deep). The place was super clean and Dracoe even gave some really good after care advice. Fantastic news service all round
