Highly recommend Claudia and her team. Salon is spotless, lots of jewellery choice, very happy to spend time with you to discuss jewellery, piercing requirements etc… Very good quality jewellery which is really important for healing when you have been pierced. You can tell they really care about your overall experience. This is my second piercing at LNO and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

FANTASTIC - friendly team and a clean, cosy, stylish shop. Good parking nearby (did have to pay though!). Can't recommend LNO enough <3 Abbi was fantastic at preparing me and talking me through each piercing, including the steps she took to keep everything clean and safe (to calm my germaphobia). She made me feel comfortable and kept me chatting. Even better, she went above and beyond to answer my 7000 panicked questions the next day, including tips to help lessen the impact of the piercings/aftercare on my autism and sensory issues. The rest of the team are also welcoming and helpful too!

I loved my experience at Lno piercing . It was my first time ever getting my ears pierced, and Dom was very reassuring and helped me pick out some gorgeous jewellery . Very professional and grateful for their fast and effective response! After my daughter experienced an infection in one earlobe and subsequent complication of the back of her earring being lost into her earlobe 🥴 (through absolutely no fault of the excellent piercing experience we had at LNO) I contacted the lovely people at LNO to see if they could help. They got her into the clinic on the same day I enquired and sorted it out quickly and professionally. This is where professional services like LNO piercing really excel; their ability to provide excellent aftercare when needed!
