Fantastic consultation!! Claudia was just as excited and invested in it as I was. We had an awesome time picking out jewellery and discussing what could go where and what extra piercings we’d need to do. It can be really overwhelming looking to revamp all your 17 piercings and wanting to add more. But the whole appointment was stress and pressure free. There’s no denying it’s going to be an investment, but there was no pressure to buy now or order now or book in now and I really appreciated that. Because I needed a minute to get my head round this project. Cannot wait for the next step!

Highly recommend Claudia and her team. Salon is spotless, lots of jewellery choice, very happy to spend time with you to discuss jewellery, piercing requirements etc… Very good quality jewellery which is really important for healing when you have been pierced. You can tell they really care about your overall experience. This is my second piercing at LNO and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

FANTASTIC - friendly team and a clean, cosy, stylish shop. Good parking nearby (did have to pay though!). Can't recommend LNO enough <3 Abbi was fantastic at preparing me and talking me through each piercing, including the steps she took to keep everything clean and safe (to calm my germaphobia). She made me feel comfortable and kept me chatting. Even better, she went above and beyond to answer my 7000 panicked questions the next day, including tips to help lessen the impact of the piercings/aftercare on my autism and sensory issues. The rest of the team are also welcoming and helpful too!
