I tried to change my helix piercing at home, really struggled, and in the end got my husband to do it - but it was back to front! And it hurt! Made an appointment here, and my hoop was put back in the right way, painlessly and super quickly. I'm so glad I got it done professionally by someone who knew what to do! And he was super friendly too!

I only came in to this lovely little shop to wait with my friend as she got a new piercing, but after seeing how lovely and invested Damiano was, I ended up getting my first ever piercings too (having never been interested in getting my ears pierced). It was such a great experience from start to finish, Damiano was so friendly and clearly loves what he does. He is very professional and I felt 100% confident. The jewellery he sells is beautiful and wonderful quality. So glad I walked in!

It took me a while to find someone I could trust with my eyebrows, but after my first meeting with Noelia, I knew I had made the right choice! Noelia is a true professional who offers the best advice while still allowing you to make your own decisions. She takes her time to ensure everything is done to perfection, which makes you feel relaxed and not rushed at all. I couldn't be happier with how my eyebrows look now! The office is also very inviting, clean, and well-organized. It’s definitely worth every penny, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone!

Some issues/confusion with scheduling, felt like I was chasing my tail. I did have my appointment eventually, just at a different time. Although fustrated, the person who did my treatment put me at ease. The venue is clean. I did cancel my remaining appointments because of the scheduling issues but I will probably be back Thankyou.
