I visited Empress Piercing in Cwmbrân and was taken care of by Tom. This was my second nose piercing, after a very painful/traumatic failed attempt a few years ago at a different studio. Tom immediately put me at ease with his professionalism, his friendly attitude and general 'bed-side manner'! The piercing was excellent - about 1% of the pain I felt last time, and Tom talked me through every stage. He was also very clear on aftercare instructions. I will certainly be back for more piercings, and will ask for Tom whenever he is available.

So today, after the Mondayest Monday ever! And my piercing front falling off, I came into the shop hoping someone could help put it back in. I could see it was fairly busy, but I was still acknowledged straight away and told I could be seen soon. I was and it was by the loveliest, most professional man I’ve ever come across. He sorted the faulty piercing front and replaced it- no fuss and no bother. He chatted to me throughout and was just absolutely lush to talk to. I left that store feeling really happy. Amazing customer service and well done ( I didn’t get his name) keep being you ♥️

I love this piercing studio!!! I’ll always go back there and recommend to everyone. Beth is awesome, makes you feel so welcome and calm throughout the appointment, takes time and care for you to choose your jewellery based on your style and anatomy. Lauri also is amazing, goes above and beyond for you, super helpful and kind. Her knowledge of piercing is top tier and you’re guaranteed perfection. I’ve never been pierced by Tom but he seems so so friendly and always smiling ! The studio is very very clean and cool. 5 stars all around

Visited the Cwmbran store today to have 2 piercings carried out by Tom. I was made to feel so welcome and Tom explained everything thoroughly. I was able to take time to choose the jewellery and then was made to feel so releaxed when I had the piercings carried out. Afterwards Tom explained the aftercare process and timescales for healing. Thank you Tom, you are amazing at what you do!

My daughter had another piercing in the Cwmbran branch today, and once again the staff were fantastic! I didn’t catch the guys name but he was brilliant with my daughter and really helped calm her nerves. Can’t fault any of the staff there. Always take such good care and their cleanliness and care In keeping a sterile area is great. Very happy customer as always. We will see you again soon :-)

Great experience called in to ask if they might be able to change out a forward helix bar that's a little long. They were able to do it there and then. Now have a hanker for a new piercing, location pending...

I was pierced by Beth and she was so so kind and lovely, she made the piercing process quick and very pain free, I would highly recommend getting your piercings here!

Had my septum done today and the service was top notch. The piercer was very precise and took her time lining everything up. I went to get another piercing done and was advised against it. I appreciated the professionalism and honesty, instead of just saying yes just to take my money!

Amazing as always! Came in to get 2 piercings and walked out with 3! Beth was a pro, took her time and made sure the placements were spot on. As pain free as getting 3 piercings can be, Beth always checks in to make sure I'm ready and when I felt a little bit wobbly after piercing 2 she made sure I was OK to carry on. As a whole, the shop is such a lovely place to get pierced. Beth and Lauri are the Kindest, the atmosphere there is always great and me and the family always look forward to piercing day.
