Helena is a clear communicator and is transparent and honest about the procedure. She is also a good story teller and has a good sense of humour. This kept me distracted from the pain throughout the tattoo removal. I felt I was in caring and capable hands. Would definitely recommend!

Had my second appointment today for laser tattoo removal and it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend as this is not your average walk in walk out clinic where you feel rushed and your treated like a number. Helena is extremely caring and personable. She provides a wonderful, professional service at a reasonable price. I've been treated in several other clinics for laser and not had pleasant experiences, not to mention the exorbitant cost..... Keep up the good work Helena!

It was such a fun experience. There was only 1 thing that I found discomfort it. Unfortunately the person who served me, popped her finger in both ears and caused some bruising. I would suggest asking to skip this step! I would come back, but would simply ask to not have any fingers in my ear.

Beyond what I expected, quality of service compare to other places I've been is awesome. I had Hair Spa with full body massage and spa pedicure with nail gel polish. I love the experience and result. I've booked my second session already :)

An absolutely amazing artist with beautiful work. This was my 1st time getting a tattoo by Kelsey and she is so rad. My tattoos look amazing (so fresh and so clean 🎵) and I’m already onto booking my next appointment.

II've had three sessions with Helena for tattoo removal, and I can't recommend her enough! She's incredibly friendly and always makes sure you're comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. Helena is also very informative, providing all the necessary details before each session so you feel fully prepared. What sets her apart is that she genuinely cares about her clients—she tailors the session schedule based on your skin's healing ability, rather than pushing for more sessions just to make money, like I've experienced elsewhere. Plus, getting to pet her lovely dogs is such a bonus! 🙂

This is my second treatment from helena she really is good at her job and how to keep people calm while getting the tattoos removed i know the process takes awhile but i have noticed a big change in the shading of my tattoo that was really dark before is now looking faded so im happy with the 2 treatments so far.
