Lovely session tonight after quite a few weeks off, i have been on quite a journey so far with Lucy and she has been with me every step of the way on the ups and the downs and she has given me guidance, i feel really very thankful to have Lucy in my life xx We spoke about the next steps tonight and what that may look like and what i do know is that i still want to continue working with Lucy x

I have had 3 treatments of swift therapy with Julia so far, I had been putting off treatment out of embarrassment but she made me feel at ease and was very personable and informative.

Lucy is phenomenal. I Have been having hypnotherapy & general therapy for the past few months and I have never felt this way after other therapy sessions in the past.
