I have used Nicky’s service for around 12 months following a fall, and injury to my neck. Within the first few sessions my neck had improved immensely. Nicky gave me exercises to do at home and in the gym to aid my recovery, which have been very beneficial. I find that regular sessions help me keep flexible, fit and to cope with the rigours of life in my 60’s.

After a course of treatment had my final session for sciatic nerve problems this week. The transformation from my first visit when I was in constant pain down the back of my leg and was woken up 5 or 6 times a night with the pain has been remarkable. I no longer feel any pain and Nikki has given me details of exercises to carry on with and maintain my currrent position. Highly recommmended.

Continued progress being made and further exercises suggested in a follow up email.

The improvement with my sciatica continues with no pain now being felt down the back of my right leg. Deep tissue massage carried out on my back and my left thigh to counter residual stiffness arising following my sciatica.

Building on the considerable progress already made by manipulating my hips and legs to free up the damage caused by my sciatic nerve problems. Further exercises provided to build on this progress.

Definite progress being made and pain levels diminishing. Follow up exercises suggested to maintain current tradjectory.

Really helpful. Walked away feeling better and knowing how to prevent it happening again.

Very detailed diagnosis followed by hands on deep tissue massage, which while uncomfortable at times,appeared to get to the root of the problems. Follow up exercises demonstrated and then attempted by me.

This is my second appointment with Nicky and I am sure more will follow :-) He is helping me a lot with my lower back and knee problems as well as helping relax the muscles that I am straining a bit too much at the gym. Very professional and definitely knows what he is doing.
