Went to 4 other chiropodists who did not sort out my problem, however crossgate chiropody and therapy centre sorted my problem without any fuss, well done.

My. hour long Aromatherapy massage was wonderful. Those tension knots gone and feeling much less stressed The facial was also a lovely experience. Natasha as always was polite friendly and helpful particularly when I had a brief coughing episode part way through. Her treatments are amazing and would recommend her every time. Thank you Natasha

I had the most magical and relaxing time with Alaine today. I had a session of reflexology and I haven’t felt so relaxed for years. I found the discussion afterwards so interesting and it’s made me feel better during a challenging time. Thank you so much Alaine!

Raj did all the necessary care but also took time to check my feet and explained what was going on with a problem I have, he also advised me which route to go down if my bunion got worse. He also visits my 91 year old mum at home and takes good care of her feet. He is very kind and caring towards her, she enjoys his visits. The reception staff are very friendly and always try to accommodate you. Whatever therapy you go for you know you’ll be greeted in a nice way and feel looked after.

I had the perfect afternoon at Drangonfly skin day spa, Malaika and Barbora were so lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease, I had never had the floatation therapy before and Malaika was great in explaining everything . Such an amazing experience , followed by a perfect massage from Barbora. Thank you so much!

Alaine was fantastic!! She really tailored my massage to work on the specific points which were tense and giving me trouble. What a lovely lady also! Alaine provided me with a little after care package of goodies to take home so I will shortly be drinking my herbal relaxation tea whilst the incense is burning. Couldn’t recommend Alaine enough and I will definitely be returning!

The spa is lovely, the receptionist was really friendly and welcoming, and Natasha was an incredible masseuse, I had a facial and aromatherapy massage, and both were amazing! Definitely recommend, thank you so much! :)

My chiropody appointment was excellent. The chiropodist put me at ease with ready conversation as she dealt surely and confidently with my various foot problems. She sorted ingrowing nails, trimmed all nails neatly and filed away all hard skin. All topped off with moisturiser, foot massage and warm socks. Who could ask for more? Many thanks.

The therapist’s touch was intuitive, and it felt like the treatment was tailored just for me. I walked in feeling disconnected and left with a deep sense of balance and clarity. What a really lovely person Alaine is I had a very relaxing reflexology treatment which was amazing, she really took her time to give the treatment, I haven't felt this relaxed in such a long time. The venue was beautiful, a very calm space. Alaine followed the treatment by giving me water, chamomile tea and a nice biscuit. I got a lavender eye mask to take home too. All in all a truly wonderful experience, it's evident that Alaine has put a great deal of thought into her clients having the best experience possible. This was my first visit but certainly wont be my last.
