Super helpful and informative initial assessment. Matt took his time to understand what the problem was and explained everything thoroughly as he went. He took me through the exercises to do at home one by one which he then followed up in an email with videos of how to perform them as well. Really useful session and will definitely return for a follow up. Highly highly recommend.

I had a great experience with a sports massage the morning after running a half marathon. I walked away felling much better and able to move around for the day?

Today was my first visit to Venture Physiotherapy. I have to say Matt was brilliant. He understood why I was there and took me through exercises which will really help me. All the movements were explained in a very clear and precise way so that with the aid of a help sheet which he emailed me, I will be able to continue with. I am looking forward to my next visit. Mat was very informative and helped me understand what is happening to my body from a muscular skeletal perspective. My work experience is in Neurological conditions, and entirely different discipline. All advice was offered in plain English (by what I mean is "layman's terms" not jargon) Very helpful. An exercise routine recommended which is achievable and realistic. I have come to realise that at 63, I am no longer superman and invincible and welcomed the support offered. Thank you Mat.
