This was my first reflexology experience, and the first time meeting Jenny. It was a great experience, I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. The reflexology was amazing and I can highly recommend this treatment. For me, it was all about self-care and I took Jenny's advice to go home and relax rather than go shopping. Can't wait to book another treatment.

The ladies in Revive are so friendly. The lady at reception made me a cup of tea and it was lovely as I was early for my appointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the cryotherapy as this is a new experience for me, I came out feeling brand new! The massage bed was incredible, it felt like a someone was giving me the massage! I said I had specific tightness and knots in my shoulders and upper back and the lady programmed the bed for that specific need and it was an amazing 30 minutes. I can't thank them enough! Excellent experience.

I went to the recovery room due to a chronic pain I have been suffering with in my lower back and down my right leg for some time now. I had previously been seeing a chiropractor for 6 months however with no improvement seen or identification of the route cause during this time I felt physiotherapy was the route to explore. Vicky identified the route cause immediately and has filled me with great confidence that I now know what the issue is and how I can correct and treat it appropriately. I’m booked in again and will be using the recovery room moving forward.

I would highly recommend the hydrotherapy massage. This was my 2nd one and I actually dozed off whilst having it. Very relaxing massage in a calm and tranquil environment.

I've just done a one month membership at Revive and I cannot rate them highly enough! The facilities are excellent, the environment is beautiful and the staff are all fantastic - it felt like my second home! The oxygen and cryotherapy in particular really sped up my recovery from Covid and my brain fog and breathlessness have gone! Thanks all and can't wait to come back soon x

My experience at The Recovery Room was amazing, upon entering the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. This was my first time getting Sports therapy and my session was very relaxing. I was well looked after and was given advice post the session. I will 100% be returning in the near future.

It was my first time having a sports massage/therapy like this, and Georgia was great. I can’t believe how much better my back is feeling already, and I have pretty much a full range of movement already which is amazing. I’ll definitely look to book in a massage more regularly when you get back. Thanks!

Georgia really listened to the areas I was experiencing pain with and gave me a wealth of knowledge in relation to the injury I had acquired. She talked me through the different areas across my back and gave me advice on which stretches would be beneficial for the recovery. The first massage and therapy treatment I have ever experienced and have booked in for more! The recovery room was very easy to get to and the facilities were outstanding.

I was really impressed with my first visit. Not only was Vicki professional but she was very easy to talk to and made the experience relaxing with good humour. She quickly figured out what the problem with my knee was and linked it to an issue with my back! After a short therapy session, my pain had halved and I was much more confident placing weight through my knee. I’m looking forward to going back for another session to complete my treatment. I had an amazing experience at revive. The staff were fantastic and very understanding when I called and asked to re arrange my appointment due to injuring my back. I did the cryotherapy and float tank package. I do feel the cryotherapy could of been longer, it felt like it was over with just as it was starting to get going, although I imagine this is just the protocol and is just my personal experience. The float tank was incredible, and I left feeling amazing. The staff and facility itself is wonderful, highly recommend!
