Emma has been exceptional throughout all my treatments Lovely to talk to and gives some great advice I always look forward to seeing her for my laser therapy treatment even though it's a 1 hr 30 mins travel! She has been brilliant with all my family and I've really appreciated her warmth. Feel like I'm learning at every session I go to! Thankyou Emma, you have been an absolute gem!

Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

I visited Martina today unsure about what procedure I actually needed I just knew I didn’t feel happy & wanted freshening up for the festive season. To be totally honest Martina could have suggested a few treatments & I would happily have paid. However in true Martina style she was honest & explained the results I required & carried out just one procedure. Most places would have rubbed their hands & saw £££ not Martina she carried out only the necessary procedure. Yet another one of the many reasons I would never go anywhere else. Thank you

Having suffered with extremely painful Achilles tendonitis for 10 months which wasn't improving with physiotherapy and massages, I came across RCM Wellness Centre. I had a biomechanics assessment with Ali, who recommended a programme of exercises and a course of laser therapy. The laser treatment was performed by Emma. I noticed an immediate improvement after the first session. 3 sessions later I am able to walk at speed for long distances, and am enjoying life again. The laser therapy has also cured a problem hip at the same time. Both Ali and Emma have been wonderful with me. Thank you both.

Outstanding service! Used the service twice in one week for two different services. My first visit was Visiting Emma which was the best thing I did. Emma was really caring and most importantly she listened to me whatever was on my mind. Gave me good positive feedback and report. Today Had the Wellness Massage by Michaela- Individually tailored treatment mixture of hot stone and aromatherapy. One of the best massages i have had, good amount of pressure. Definitely recommend. Excellent treatment by Emma as always. I have been suffering from lower back pain and sciatica for a while and RCM is my go to place for the best possible treatment. I highly reccomend their laser therapy. It is a magical peice of equipment.
