Sheila is amazing. I have been going to her for years and she has helped my body so much. Every time I see her with anything acute that is going on in my body, she always takes the time to work out whatever is going on. She has a healing touch for sure. Everyone at Jasmine Body is thorough and they are in this profession to help and heal. You can feel that the second you walk into the lovely space.

In a world of national big-box massage therapy chains, it is refreshing to find a locally owned business like Jasmine Advance Bodywork. Sheila and Chad, and their entire team, are knowledgeable and competent, and they are focused on providing the highest level of service possible. They really do care, and it shows!

Have had regular body work done in quite a few different places and this experience was 5 star. Definitely will be coming here on a regular basis and will be recommending!!

The lymphatic massage was great. Casey was very friendly and very informative. Teaching me techniques I can use at home and also advising me along the way of what she would be doing and the reason for it. She was very compassionate and listened to me as I told her what had been going on with me. I booked another appointment with her for 2 weeks from now. Will definitely be back!
