The nail and waxing technicians are great however Ann the part time receptionist needs additional training in customer service and managing the customers as they arrive. Her attitude is not good for the front of reception. She also double books clients creating an unhappy atmosphere. Laarni and Eliza were so much better.

Rerotti is the most exceptional salon experience I have had within Dubai, with getting my nails done, they have expertise and strategical workers, producing the best results on my nails. Love this place! Customer service is great and efficient + complementary coffee ❤️ I have been struggling to find a good place in Dubai and a friend recommended Amro Salon for me. I took the risk to come here and cut my hair, since I don’t usually trust a lot of people with my hair, but the place have good reputation for hair services! I didn’t get the man name but he was super nice and professional! I even asked them to do me dry blow, meni & pedi afterwards! And both were amazing! Highly recommend if you’re new to the country like me and want trustworthy and excellent service!

The whole experience was Awesome 👏 surprisingly I met a beautiful lady who used to do my nails 2 years ago and I was like wow 😯 I can’t believe she was able to recognise me and that really made me feel so much happier. AMRO Ladies Salon has been the first salon I attended in Dubai and still after 4 years continue the same, very professional, very clean and overall very good costumer experience. I was very sad when I was told that Hossam is not there for the moment but after his recommendation I met Mohammad, who took care for my hair cut and did it exactly how I wanted. Thank you 🙏 ☺️
