My experience was amazing! I brought my 11 month old daughter with me and she ended up getting unsettled and upset and all the staff were so kind about it and were extremely patient! One of the girls even took her for a walk around the salon ❤️

My experience was great. Nil issues, friendly and great job. While I was there though, a customer came in unhappy with her lashes that were done the day before. The supervisor on shift told her “it’s not really my problem, you have to call head office”. It was then sorted out but that initial response was horrible.

The staff are the absolute best, you won't find another salon as good as them. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with their service. Definitely won't go anywhere else.

I have been going to this salon for over 7 years .I was greeted by the lovely Sabrina , who made me a lovely cup of tea and a gave my hair a great shampoo and condition. My haircut was by the beautiful Sarah . Sarah always communicates what she is going to do ,asks me what I need , listens well and just knows my hair , she is fantastic at her job , as always I was very happy .

As always, the staff and experience at Xquisite was amazing the attention to details and they listen to what you want, it's a comfortable and stylish salon, Sarah and Rebecca make a great team hair and makeup thank you so much.

It’s been 15-20 yr since I last had my brows done at a salon after always experiencing break out from waxing. My artist listened to me, understood what I wanted and offered me sensitive wax option. Tint colour was perfect and shape was perfect.

Service was good staff so friendly & polite I would recommend this Bears Hair & Beauty Salon to everybody
