The lovely apprentice who cut my hair was extremely precise and confident. She was so easy to talk to, very friendly and I left very happy with my cut, blowdry and style. It was lovely to meet Carla too who was also very lovely and friendly. This was my first time in the salon and I have already booked to come back. Thank you!

Amazing team at Elite, they are the friendliest bunch I have ever met. They are all really welcoming every time I visit it feels like I am going to meet close friends! Not only to mention and do unreal nails that last! I have horses and I can go 3/4 weeks in-between each appointment without any issues. Would recommend this salon to anyone 💕 x

First time I have experienced Bio Sculpt or indeed anything really to do with my nails at all. Sarah was brilliant in making me feel relaxed and showing that I do deserve to have my nails done. She took her time and let me know every step of the way what she was doing and why she was doing it. Using Bio Sculpt I get to keep my own nails and have them pampered approx every 3 weeks to help them get stronger, longer and more beautiful. Wren is a credit to you. She’s a great therapist. Did a fab job. However I feel the room she is in is very small and cluttered. Not the relaxing experience expected from paying £80 for 2 treatments. The room needs cleaning, organising and made to look like a professional salon to warrant the price. This should not reflect on wren at all because she does well with what she has. I’m not sure about the very old, bleach stained towels that were thread bare. Maybe purchase some nice fluffy ones? they really didn’t look very good. As I said Wren is lovely. The rest of the hair salon is really lovely

Went to the salon today and had Nic cut my hair. What a lovely experience it was. I don’t like having my hair cut but she made me feel very relaxed and at ease. She cut and blow dryed my hair and I am extremely pleased with it
