I recently had a laser hair removal session and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Danielle was incredibly professional, demonstrating extensive knowledge about the procedure and answering all my questions with ease. Danielle has a very warm and friendly demeanour and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. It’s clear she genuinely cares about you ensuring the treatment you receive is given at a pace that you are comfortable with . I highly recommend Danielle for anyone considering laser hair removal!

I have been doing treatments including facials with Runa for over a year, I had micro needling and my skin looks amazing, compared to before coming to Runa, I feel very comfortable and relaxed and confident, thanks Runa for recommending the best products for my skin, I would recommend Runa.

Leea was so friendly and made me feel so at ease during my appointment!! Very quick and easy , my waxing only took 15 mins so very handy for a last min appointment! Such a cozy and homey atmosphere, i felt so so comfortable!
