Totally a 5 star Permanent makeup salon and more!! Shannon was very pleasant and personal from the minute I walked in the door. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her job and the work she does!! She is very detail oriented! She was kind enough to walk me over to the new Sound Bar venue. I can’t wait to try out some of the classes they offer and enjoy the cafe! I HIGHLY recommend all of her services!

A great place to have permanent makeup done. I had my eyebrows done 2 years ago and I go back once a year for a touchup. They always look great and nobody can even tell they are not real. Very friendly and professional salon. Would highly recommend.

Shannon is a consummate professional. She genuinely cares about her craft and understands the importance of tattoo removal. She is worth every penny of the price and she is a great listener. I always love my visits w/Kathy at Dragonfly Salon. I purchased a Procell Microneedling pkg from her & had my 3rd visit today. She is so warm & friendly but also a consumate professional. She always explains exactly what she is doing & is concerned for my comfort level. I feel that Procell microneedling is really making a difference in my skin and I am very pleased with the results so far.

Shannon is a talented and creative artist and is so personable. It is always a pleasure to work with Shannon. In addition to the Dragonfly salon, there is a great indoor and outdoor space called The Soundbar & Cafe for coffee/tea, yoga, massage and music across from the salon.

My eyebrows turned out beautiful! She was very conservative with the shape and shade. I am extremely pleased with her work. Amazing experience!! Could not recommend this place enough. Shannon is amazing; she really is a pro at what she does. She is super good and loves what she does, and there was the added bonus of her being an amazing human and awesome to talk to. Basically therapeutic. The time flew. The aftercare info and products were super helpful too! Overall LOVE the salon!
