  • I have been to many different nail technicians. But nothing beats the experience with Phoenix Claws by Mandy. Mandy is extremely open minded and full of patience. She has perfect eye for detail. Mandy will make all your nail dreams come true😍🥰❤️ I personally do the Freestyle design set, I walk away loving my nails every time. It is an amazing experience to be able to walk in not knowing what you may walk out with. I highly recommend, doing the freestyle design set, and giving Mandy that freedom to do what her heart desires within your comfort level of course. Thank you Mandy for everything ❤️🥰❤️
