I've always been a walk-in customer, happy to go with whoever was available the fastest. But after stumbling across Dan at Goulds Barbers, I won’t go anywhere else. His attention to detail and professionalism are second to none. Every cut is spot on. What really stood out to me was the way he took care of the elderly customers. He was patient, kind, and made sure they were comfortable throughout their visit. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients and is clearly passionate about what he does. If you're looking for a quality barber in Downham Market, I can't recommend Dan enough.

Great salon, friendly staff, and it's had a recent makeover, too. Cameron, my stylist, is a lovely person and a superb professional. I'd highly recommend him! You can buy Olaplex products here, which is a bonus.

1st time having my hair cut at Gould barbers in Downham Market, was recommended to use them by my son. The booking service works really well for me and I can arrange hair cuts around work commitments. Barber was brilliant a lovely guy ( Koza I think his name was) and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it.

We have been going to Goulds in Downham Market for 8 years! Cozza is my sons Barber and Freddie adores him. No1 Barber so Kind , friendly, makes the whole family welcome. Fantastic at what he does and his work is always to a high standard. We Thankyou Cozza the Pepper family. 😀

The Remedy Room is a wonderful find, just on the outskirts of Downham Market. I visited today for the first time, but it will not be the last. The room itself is calming and inviting (in addition to being beautifully decorated) and the treatment was amazing. Tracey makes you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you arrive. She has definitely created a tranquil retreat.

Excellent salon love my treatments with Amanda always friendly efficient and professional. Salon is smart, clean and welcoming. So pleased we have this salon in Downham Market.

Lovely relaxing afternoon with Cameron working his magic to turn my hair from dull to delightful 🤩. Had some blonde added with air dry effect which has brighten up my hair perfectly. Nice chat along the way….also loving the lights in the hair washing area - very calming! Thanks so much 🙌🏼
