As someone with sensitive skin who easily looks like a tomato getting a facial is always a little nerve wracking for me but I knew immediately with Helena I was in good hands. One of the best masseuse I have ever gone to, hence why I always feel comfortable coming back! Always makes sure the pressure is okay, the temperature of the bed is alright, and truly focuses on the areas you want. I have gone to other massage parlors and I think they generalize the session too often. I feel like they don't acknowledge where you feel the most sore and hope giving you a massage all over will do the trick. Besides the quality Helena provides, she is just so nice to talk to! I don't feel rushed and I leave the session feeling pampered.

As usual my visit to see Helena at Gelous Spa was phenomenal on all levels! Atmosphere in the treatment room is warm, cozy and calming which is exactly what you want when you go for a massage. Helena is a master at her craft and I always come out of my appointments feeling lighter, calmer and so wonderful. She truly cares about her clients well being and I feel blessed to have found her many years ago!
