Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

First time visiting and was completely amazed! Was welcomed by Laylah and taken to treatment room which was clean. The 60 minute luxury facial was fantastic, Laylah took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed. The experience was peaceful and friendly.
