First time visiting this place and also first time getting a bacial. I met with Ashley who from the start was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile. She then prepped the room and asked me to come in and made sure that I was comfortable before beginning. Ashley proceeded with the bacial and we had pleasant conversation and her priority was my comfortability. The setting and atmosphere is wonderful, very peaceful. Ashley, you’re the best! I had the best experience! Facials can be painful, specially when you have a lot of acne like I do. But Marodie was very gentle and that massage towards the end was very needed, it was everything. I took my daughter to see Ashley for a facial and eyebrow cleanup for her birthday. She was amazing! She explained everything and would constantly make sure my daughter was comfortable. I got to be in the room while my daughter was with Ashley and she was so good to my daughter. I have been at the plaza where they are located many times and never knew they were there. This proves that you don’t have to be a big corporation or be located in a big shopping plaza in Coral Gables to be a great business that loves their clients. Give her a try. Ashley is my go-to bootyful Queen when it comes to anything skin related. The vibe of the salon feels safe, calm and very welcoming. It’s also a very clean and professional environment. I normally rebook for facial and waxing services which leave me refreshed and smiling every time after having a jelly mask peeled off my face. My acne cysts and scars have reduced drastically after each booking. She is very knowledgeable as well as her mother Mercedes as they also offer classes to educate growing estheticians.
