First time visiting this place and also first time getting a bacial. I met with Ashley who from the start was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile. She then prepped the room and asked me to come in and made sure that I was comfortable before beginning. Ashley proceeded with the bacial and we had pleasant conversation and her priority was my comfortability. The setting and atmosphere is wonderful, very peaceful. Ashley, you’re the best! I had the best experience! Facials can be painful, specially when you have a lot of acne like I do. But Marodie was very gentle and that massage towards the end was very needed, it was everything.
