Beautiful calming atmosphere, the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. The lady offering drinks was very accommodating. Huma who did my facial has a great skill set and the overall experience was good but to give constructive feedback is to improve Communication. To make sure to prepare the client when about to do something painful, to check on the client when doing a procedure that is painful. To inform the client even before the procedure of the steps or quietly prompt during the procedure so it is not a surprise.

Brand new facility, super polite staff, excellent equipment. I did the Korean facial, including a detailed skin analysis, and it was great. I got the facial process explained before; during the facial, though, it would have been great to know what is happening next (now I am going to do XYZ, it might be a bit cold, and now I am going to do XYZ, it might be a bit tingling, etc.). The price is somewhat on the higher end, but the overall experience was good, and I will go again.

This was one of the best facial experiences I’ve had in a long time! Totally recommend the Korean facial. The quality of service is amazing and they do a properly skin analysis before the treatment to fully customize it for you. I also received great skincare advice after my treatment. The place has a very relaxing vibe and it really distresses you after a long day!
