Dr Naren put me at ease from the very beginning and was a joy to talk to. His credentials as a doctor and G.P were the reason I booked with the Skin Firm and it became clear very quickly that he is very competent. He was happy to explain the process and answer my questions as we went along. He was mindful that the process can cause some discomfort and made it clear that we had plenty of time to take a short break as a when I required. As someone who has a mild needle phobia, Dr Naren has a calming demeanour which helped the process go smoothly. I highly recommend The Skin Firm.

Took my daughter for her first hair cut here, absolutely brilliant. She absolutely loved her first hairdressers experience. Cassandra was so patient and kind while cutting her hair. Loads of good advice about hair care and some great products too. Fab team. So happy to have found a place that will take great care of my daughter’s hair. On the way out she said mummy I’m a princess! See you next time.
