Had a great myofascial massage with Lisa today after experiencing DOMS from my return to Pilates after a month away. Superb deep tissue massage from Lolly - helping to get my legs in particular back in shape following a lot of hilly hiking over the summer. I have been going to Natural Balance whenever I’ve needed some ‘maintenance’ for 15 years+ and seen a number of therapists in that time - all excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had an abyhanga massage with the perfect amount of pressure to feel relaxed. The massage bed was comfortable and heated, so I was nice and warm.

It was my first massage with Alice and I went for the pregnancy massage. She made me feel really comfortable and welcoming, it was an all around lovely experience and such valuable time for me to relax but also connect with my baby. I can't recommend her enough and will definitely be going back for treatments post pregnancy.
