I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

Another wonderful ASMR Massage with Gem today. Gem is absolutely wonderful, she's so lovely and welcoming and her treatment room is cosy and set up so lovely. I love that Gem really took notice of the things I enjoyed last time and incorporated more of that into this time. Had my first ever ASMR Massage experience with Gem earlier this month and it was amazing, I'm already booking in for another after payday and think this will become a regular treat for me. Gem was even able to adapt the treatment to accommodate my pregnancy, and I don't feel like the quality was compromised at all. Perfectly relaxing and just the right amount of tingly. I had my first ever facial with Isabella today and it was an amazing experience. You can tell she is very knowledgeable of her profession, knows which products work best for your skin and she was able to recommend which facial would suit my needs. I’ve had acne scarring on my face for a while now and Isabella recommended we do micro needling. She recommended that we do 3 sessions but after just one session myself and even friends/family can already see a massive difference in my skin; my skin is a lot smoother and has a nice healthy glow to it. So I’m really looking forward to the next results
