Stacey is great, the most loveliest person. Love getting my massages and always look forward to my next ones. She used some balm on me today to help with my eczema and my skin feels great nice and soft. So not only is she helping me with my pain she’s also helping me with my skin. During a previous visit, Meesha noticed I had tight shoulders from all of the hoop and pole I've been doing recently. So for this visit, she done a sports massage on my shoulders and a nice relaxing massage on my back. Felt good as new afterwards. One of the reasons I go to Meesha is that as she also trains hoop and pole, she knows what my body is going through and can recommend the best treatment based on my needs.

Deep tissue massage it hurt a lot but it was worth it. . I went in struggling to bend to put my shoes on due to stiffness in my lower back. After the massage my back is a lot better. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks Evie. Xx

Utterly amazing! Felt like my whole upper body had been opened back up. Didn’t realise how tense and hunched I was until afterwards. Back and chest felt wide and my shoulder instantly felt 100x better.
