Staff were also really helpful with arranging the appointment, I had misplaced my voucher however staff very kindly looked this up for me on their system and honoured the voucher even though I was a month or so past the expiry which I really appreciated! First time at Phoenix Beauty today, my usual place has recently relocated, so was looking for somewhere local, and found this appointment for an eyebrow wax easy to book on line. I was given a friendly welcome by Poppy, where I waited in the salon, that looked clean, bustling and well equipped. Poppy showed me through to one of the treatment rooms, ambient lighting and very comfortable couch. She took her time and we chatted the whole time. I am very happy with the results. Will be booking again and can highly recommend. Looking forward to trying maybe a facial or a massage. Thank you.

This is my second visit to Grace and this time I tried the Magnesium Melt massage as it is said to help with sleep which I struggle with. Grace's hut was warm again and as I visited in the evening the atmosphere and low lighting made it even more relaxing. Grace as always was very professional and made me feel at home. I could feel the butter warm up on my skin and work it's magic. The magnesium drink to have after was a lovely refreshing way to finish the treatment. For the first time in a long time I had a great night's sleep so I would definitely recommend this type of treatment.
