This was my first ever facial and it was absolutely amazing. Lucy is super lovely, friendly and professional and the space was cosy and welcoming, not to mention the products used smelt amazing and have left my skin feeling so lovely and soft, will be back very soon :)

Once again, a great experience. It’s why I keep coming back. Sarah usually uses Henna on my eyebrows but she tried a “hybrid” dye this time. I don’t think I’ll go back to Henna now! My brows look amazing.

Was lovely to meet Lucy super friendly and makes you feel right at home . My nails came out beautifully and Lucy really made sure you were happy with her work the whole way along the parrafin treatment left my skin super soft . And I’m so very happy with my first set of autumnal nails . Thank you Lucy ❤️

Although I’ve been coming to Sarah for many years, this was the first time for fillers. I can honestly say, as nervous as I was, Sarah put me at ease, explained everything she was going to do and reassured me through the whole experience and checking I was ok. You can tell this is a passion for Sarah and she is an artist with people’s faces! I look and feel like a different person, I feel so much more confident and I LOVE what Sarah has done. I’ve recently had the vitaran skin booster and the results are amazing after just 2 days. My skin feels more plump and youthful, it’s really helped with the redness of my cheeks and fine lines have almost gone. This treatment is definitely a new favourite of mine from Sarah . Highly recommend!!

Fantastic visit to Serene again today . Best Botox I have ever had and been having Botox for over 15 years . Will never go anywhere else now as the results are fantastic . I also go to Sarah for my lip filler and all skin care . My skin has never been better . I trust Sarah with all my treatments from beauty to aesthetics. Lovely time this morning being cared for by Danielle. Nails look great for my son’s wedding. I’ll be back and recommend.

Lucy had a lovely set up at home and has given me a fab pedicure. My feet feel amazing from the hot soak and foot massage and my toe nails are neat and tidy and prettily painted for hopefully a weekend of sun and sandals :-)

Lucy treated both myself and my daughter today, we had some lovely treatments we felt relaxed and comfortable and good as new, even my daughter who has anxiety and will not go to anyone for treatments felt comfortable and wants to come back for more so very happy mum thank you so much Lucy will will be back in a few weeks xx

Danielle gives the best massages and facials … an hour and a half of total relaxation; she’s absolutely brilliant.

Very relaxing, friendly and good service all round, had gel nails, lash lift and tint and eyebrow wax n tint. Excellent communication throughout and love my nails, I can recommend the blue/black tint is a lovely dark colour, dont worry its not actually blue its just a flattering colour in the light,
