I had a fabulously relaxing time with Lucy today. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I received a neck amd back massage, an Indian head massage and a facial. I feel like a new woman x

Massage was incredible, so relaxing, music was great, therapist checked in about pressure, room was suitably set up, calm and relaxing environment. Not 5 due to some of the spa facilities in hotel which seem outdated ie needing £1 for locker, outside jacuzzi drain cover broken, however, a lovely experience, would return; would ideally be a more seamless experience from treatment to pool facilities for a true spa experience - robes and slippers not offered.

Fantastic day! We had beautiful weather which helped a lot. Lovely massagesfor myself and my daughter...who said it was the best she'd ever had! It was a gift for her birthday so very lovely mother daughter spa day. Enjoyed the pool, lunch by the sea and spectacular views. Thankyou 😀

This was my first ever facial and it was absolutely amazing. Lucy is super lovely, friendly and professional and the space was cosy and welcoming, not to mention the products used smelt amazing and have left my skin feeling so lovely and soft, will be back very soon :)

Once again, a great experience. It’s why I keep coming back. Sarah usually uses Henna on my eyebrows but she tried a “hybrid” dye this time. I don’t think I’ll go back to Henna now! My brows look amazing.

Although I’ve been coming to Sarah for many years, this was the first time for fillers. I can honestly say, as nervous as I was, Sarah put me at ease, explained everything she was going to do and reassured me through the whole experience and checking I was ok. You can tell this is a passion for Sarah and she is an artist with people’s faces! I look and feel like a different person, I feel so much more confident and I LOVE what Sarah has done. Danielle is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Heated blanket was a bonus, so relaxing with music playing as well! Will defo come back 😇

Lucy had a lovely set up at home and has given me a fab pedicure. My feet feel amazing from the hot soak and foot massage and my toe nails are neat and tidy and prettily painted for hopefully a weekend of sun and sandals :-)

Lucy treated both myself and my daughter today, we had some lovely treatments we felt relaxed and comfortable and good as new, even my daughter who has anxiety and will not go to anyone for treatments felt comfortable and wants to come back for more so very happy mum thank you so much Lucy will will be back in a few weeks xx

She is incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and the products that she uses and always makes you feel welcome and relaxed. This was the first time that I had a Luxury Dermaplaning facial. It was amazing from start to finish! The ambiance was perfect and the whole treatment felt luxurious. I particularly loved the cooling mask whilst having a relaxing massage. My skin is smooth, glowing and hydrated! I will definitely be having another one!
