The best massage and facial I have ever had. I've tried so many over the years including Thai massage and Fern was able to do so much more even in a small 35 min back massage session. I had that and a min facial and have come away feeling relaxed, and like a new version of myself. I now know why Fern gets so booked up! If you're wanting to pamper yourself I highly recommend and I honestly can't wait to come back again to work more on my shoulders. Thank you Fern for being so welcoming, and making me feel relaxed, and pampered.

1st time having dermaplaning. Fern took the time to go through everything first. The treatment itself isnt invasive and the mask at the end left my skin glowing. Id definitely recommend Fg massage and ill be going back for this treatment and for a massage soon. Thank you so much

Thank you for the most amazing, deep tissue massage yesterday. I loved the room, the techniques; it was such a superior massage which is really hard to come by for some reason. I highly recommend Lesley for a massage, she checked the pressure was okay (and it was really firm, she is really strong) and I felt like Lesley put her heart & soul into my treatment. My back and neck feels a million times better, even after one massage. I love the whole environment too at The Self Care Retreat; super friendly and it’s a place of calm just off the high street. Loved it! Thank you again!

This is the second time I've been and, as before, the experience was enjoyable. Pricing is comparable to others, so no issues there. The massage went well and I loo forward to going again.

Such a great experience, the back massage hit the exact spots and was so relaxing while taking all the tension out of my back. I then had the facial, coming in I thought it was going to be a straight facial but as I happily experienced, she first asked me what I wanted to accomplish with it then put different masks on and gave me a hand massage while a mask was taking affect, I even got the incredible cold instagram blue and pink ice balls to cool my skin which was such a cool and tick box bucket list thing. I will be going back weekly and will recommend and brag about this to everyone I know.
