Absolutely incredible!! Jess is so softly spoken, welcoming and friendly. I had a lovely back massage, Jessica asked my preferred pressure and the area I felt needed more attention. Pressure was perfect and Jessica checked throughout to make sure it was OK. My facial was lovely, and my skin is glowing again! Couldn't be more happy with my treatments today. Definitely recommend for either a facial or massage.
