As a first time customer it’s always a bit nerve wracking, but Lauren put me at ease and this is honestly the best cut I’ve had in years, she’s done a fantastic job and really listened to what I wanted whilst also making suggestions for what would work best for my face/lifestyle. Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

Lauren always does a great job of washing and styling my long extensions and I'm always very happy with the results. This is a great salon, very friendly, relaxing and they do great coffee and other drinks. I can thoroughly recommend.

The lovely Sophie did my hair today. Having walked in with a frizzy ginger mess, I walked out with a sleek caramel balayage. Very happy 😊.

Had a great connection with Danielle. Danielle took her time to cut my hair and did a grand job. I would certainly be using her services again.

Super happy with my balayage! Sophie was so considerate of what I wanted and a perfectionist when it came to my colour lifting. You can tell the salon owner really cares about her staff and training doesn't stop when they are at a certain level which you don't get everywhere. Probably the most relaxed salon experience I've had too! Will deffo be back again :)

Lauren did an amazing job with my hair, blending in my balayage beautifully. She was extremely gentle ( even with my challenging curls) and listened to my needs while offering helpful advice. I can’t recommend her or Michael enough. This is my second time visiting and certainly will not be my last! Thank you so much :)

I visited gloss hair lounge today and was greeted by Sophie who was very friendly and welcoming. I would like to start by saying thank you for opening up on the weekend just for me and for correcting my bodged balayage in time for my holiday tomorrow. Sophie made me feel at ease from the start of my appointment up until the very end. She is very talented and very knowledgeable no question I asked went unanswered. Sophie has done a fantastic job with my hair today and I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. I can’t wait to come back in January for my next appointment.

I always visit Lauren when my hair needs redoing. She listens carefully to my requirements and creates a beautiful blonde blend for my hair. I am always left happy and impressed with her work. Michael and Lauren are always extremely friendly and put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend!

I love my balayage and cut by Sophie. The salon is lovely and were able to use vegan and cruelty free products for me which was great as that can be hard to find in salons! Everyone at the salon was super welcoming and friendly. Sophie is absolutely fab and so skilled! I love my hair! Thank you Sophie :) Indie also did a fab job of curling my hair, thank you! I would highly recommend this salon and will be back in the future.
