Overall, better than expected, with room for improvements. For example, styling was not offered at the end, maybe because the 30 minutes time was up and the next customer was waiting.

First time here and it was an amazing experience. Kana was super helpful and took care of my hair perfectly - my hair was super dry and damaged before the appointment, but Kana fixed it! Although it was a bit pricey but it was all worth it, I am certainly coming back. Would definitely recommend!

I dropped in this afternoon and to my delight was able to get a cut with Mako. He did an amazing job right from the relaxing hair wash to the cut and blow dry. I absolutely love my haircut and so does my husband. I will return!

Brian was great and welcomed me to the appt and did a great job on hair prep and wash. Sam was very skilled and helped me to decide how to “fix” my hair, as it is very dry from hair dying. My hair cut helped framed my face, broken ends of hair was trimmed. I got a blow out hair dry. There was snacks and drinks. This was my first time visit and the booking online was easy and the staff are nice and chill. I felt my appt was easy-going and I recommend VSalon near Marine drive skytrain location as it’s professional and provides great customer experience. Will come again! 🤩👍🏽💗 💇🏻‍♀️❣️

I’m very happy to have found Ken!!! Today was my first appointment with him and he is heaven sent for Asian hair! He has saved my hair from being dry and fried to healthier, happier, and beautiful hair. He is very good with communication and listening skills, he accommodates what his clients wants and their hair needs! I won’t be going anywhere else for my hair from now on!
