I had my first experience getting a haircut in Richmond here and it was one of the best experiences i've had ever! I had Suki as a stylist and it was amazing and helped me feel super comfortable, I'm super happy with the service here. The staff was also super polite and kind. Will be booking another appointment whenever I need another haircut!

First time here and it was an amazing experience. Kana was super helpful and took care of my hair perfectly - my hair was super dry and damaged before the appointment, but Kana fixed it! Although it was a bit pricey but it was all worth it, I am certainly coming back. Would definitely recommend!

Professional skills, great locations and environment, and awesome service, No.1 hair salon in Richmond without doubt

I dropped in this afternoon and to my delight was able to get a cut with Mako. He did an amazing job right from the relaxing hair wash to the cut and blow dry. I absolutely love my haircut and so does my husband. I will return!

I love visiting Initial Salon, its a lovely salon with exceptional stylist. The salon is always so peasceful, clean & a comfortable place to be. Everyone is so nice there. They are wheelchair accessible, and literally across the street frm the Brighouse skytrain station & across frm Richmond Centre mall. Talk about easy to get to, as well as I'm able to get a visit the mall. Thank you Ken for another gorgeous haircut

Nicole made two changes at my request and she did them with flying colours…I’m so pleased.

Location is very convenient, next to sky train station, and Richmond center. This newly opened hair salon is beautiful decorated and layout is great! Of course, most importantly, the hairstylists are very professional and skillful, especially James, I have had him for my hair for many years, he is always great. Highly recommend this place for any hair needs.
