Gen was absolutely amazing, she really takes the time and effort to figure out a custom routine for you, I suffer with hair loss and gen was able to explain the route cause to why and after the most magical tingly experience of the head spa which may I add was dream, thr blow dry that comes with my package was a great way to end. Can't wait to come back.

Bismwa was amazing from the start. The consultation and the appointment. She is very knowledgeable on what is recommended for hair and makes you feel relaxed. I really like the finished product. I had an all over colour, full head highlights, Olaplex treatment, wash, cut, blow dry and style

This is the best hair salon I have visited. Had my hair done by Teigan. What a fabulous hairdresser. My colour, cut and blow dry is wonderful so pleased. Highly recommend. Also Helen has done my hair and highly recommend her as well. Best salon in Penarth.

First visit with Gen today and I have never had such a lovely relaxing experience. Head spa & massages were amazing! My scalp was awful but gen did an amazing job. SUCH a good blow dry at the end too. Highly highly recommend I’ll be back 🩷

I started to go to Lazarou in February. I booked my first appointment with Rachel Lloyd. She was very professional,polite and friendly. From my point of view It is one the best hairsalon in town. I am really happy with this hairsalon. I always book my appointment with Rachel if I need to do my colour or blow&dry. Highly recommend if you are looking for hairsalon in Cardiff.

Brilliant as always with the wonderful Laney - had full head highlights, wash, blow dry and cut. Has been nearly 6 months since my last visit so lots of roots to deal with but Laney was as always very patient and thorough! Reception staff welcoming and friendly as always, and all facilities including bathroom lovely and clean.
