Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

had an overdue haircut with one of the girls, and it was so thorough! Full scalp examination and hair investigation as well as the expected wash cut and blow dry. They really do learn a lot on these courses! The wash was lovely, they asked before using any product and were very careful with brushing and combing. The whole process took a lot longer than in a salon, but that was to be expected as they're learning. All in all a very nice day out helping others learn!

As always Carrie did a wonderful job of my hair!Carrie had to cut a bit more off than usual as my hair was a bit dry and straggly but before she cut it she made a suggestion so I can get it a bit healthier looking! Which I was more than happy to go with! I’m very happy with the cut and colour! And would highly recommend!

Micheal is probably the only person that actually really listened,, His knowledge of hair colour is mind blowing his whole personality is just so good!! This was my first visit to Suzana and I can honestly say I am thrilled with my haircut! I have washed my hair this morning and given it a rough blow dry and it looks exactly how I wanted it to. A lot of weight removed but length left. Brilliant!

My trainee was the best at washing hair, blowdrying and foils. A real professional. She should be very proud.
