The double treatment deal was amazing. Felt my body was really worked on during massage and foot scrub. We then had high tea in the relaxing and friendly dine area. Which topped off our special pamper day. Really friendly and welcoming staff. We will be back. Loved it.

I had the face and body recovery package and it was beyond amazing. The massage was even better than I could have ever expected and the eye treatment was like nothing I have had before. The treatment room is very chilled and Stacey was super lovely and just so so impressive at what she does. I will be back.

Arrived for my massage, I was slightly concerned as its in a gym ( noise ect) but didn't need to worry about that at all, once in with Stacy I felt like I was in a hotel spa.. Stacy was amazing from her welcoming manor to discussing my skin and body issues. One of the best massages I have ever had!!! Facial was lovely and the scalp massage was heaven!! Would totally recommend, amazing value for money. Definitely booking again

Another amazing massage! Arrived feeling stressed and tense, left feeling calm and relaxed. Cannot recommend Stacey enough. She listens to what areas of the body are causing you the most discomfort, and then works her magic leaving you feel blissed out. Will definitely be back for more massages, and may even treat myself to other treatments too.

Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. Thank you to Claire for my Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage and Lower Leg & Foot Scrub. I really enjoyed both treatments. It was the first time I'd had the Lower Leg & Foot Scrub and I would definitely have it again.
