Such an amazing experience. The owner personally guided me throughout my entire massage on the roller! She is so lovely and kind, and made me feel super comfortable throughout the process. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explained things to me in an informative and digestible way that made me understand the process and its benefits. Would highly recommend!!

Always have the best time at Embod. Such a great atmosphere. The vibes. The community. My favourite parts to work on the rollers are my back, shoulders, sides and arms. Literally loosens up tightness after working at a desk all day. Also, anytime Im bloated or having digestive issues - I know Embod is where I need to be! Love this space :)

I love going to Embod for a body roll massage, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in!

Just had my first session at Embod and i can honestly say i feel amazing. Ive held onto so much tension and trauma throughout my entire body for several years and after just one session i feel like a weight has been lifted. Emily was so lovely, so informative, and walked us through our first lymphatic body massage. The environment was so welcoming, open and clean. I would highly recommend 🩷

Love the attention to detail and service Emily and the team provide. Such a great inclusive atmosphere. The rollers themselves are amazing. The heaters have helped loosen up tight muscles while the rollers work through tight knots and tension. I've had very stiff legs from exercise, so I've needed stronger pressure which I apply with body weight. It was gentle enough to completely eliminate the pain and tightness I had in my leg! Highly recommend!

Embod is nothing short of amazing !! I’ve been coming here since it opened and I have seen a HIGE difference in my body by doing EMS and the roller. Great service from start to finish. Em, the owner and the lady I spoke to on front desk both happy to guide me through the process. Their passion for health and healing is evident. The red light bed was clean and comfortable. I felt slightly warm but not unbearable (I don’t tolerate heat well -and it was fine) the 20 min session went quickly but it was the perfect amount of time. I went for cellular healing, while too early to speak of any progress there, I did notice my newly crepey neck skin was smoother and tighter. The parking was also easy.
