Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

I just had my Eyelashes and Eyebrows done with Carmen and I’m absolutely thrilled with my results after getting Eyelash extensions and microblading done at Contour & Sculpt Aesthetics! My brows look so natural and beautifully defined—I can’t believe I waited this long to try it. My first visit to 53 Beauty Studio 24/7/24. The salon is bright, fresh and clean and has a relaxed, calm atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and they have a great rapport with clients. I enquired about brow lamination and whether it was suitable for me - the beautician was honest and told me a brow tint would be more suited to my brow hair and lifestyle. Raven did my pedicure and I enjoyed the experience very much. I’ve booked to try other treatments too. A great local asset in Mottingham Village.
